Gifts & In-Kind Donations

You can learn what in-kind donations are and how corporations can make these donations.  Also, find out how you can participate in corporate volunteerism.

Throughout our 30+ year history, corporations have partnered with us to build strength, stability and self-reliance through housing and programmatic facilities in partnership with service providers around the country.

Gifts and in-kind donations of all sorts have helped us further our work, and brought opportunity and resources to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Contributions large and small continue to make a difference, and we believe there is something every company can give to allow us to help even more individuals families.

What are in-kind donations?

When organizations donate goods or services, those donations are considered gifts-in-kind. HomeAid accepts large quantities of in-kind gifts like building materials, furniture, appliances and more.  Our corporate partnerships help make our work at HomeAid possible.

One of our most valued gifts-in-kind are the materials used to build homes and programmatic facilities. HomeAid typically has 70 to 100 construction projects ongoing at any given time.  The need for resources are vast and varied so donations of building materials from corporate manufacturers are welcome!

We have become experts in creativity and we enjoy working with corporations who want to donate building materials for home and facility construction, so don’t hesitate to contact us about your desired donation.
