The Executive Director provides strategic leadership and vision and assumes operational responsibility for achieving HANT’s mission and priorities. Highly visible and effective representation of the organization with industry leaders, nonprofit partners, volunteers and key stakeholders, and the public is essential as the Executive Director seeks to build, advance, and sustain the organization. The position reports to the Board President and the Board of Directors and works closely with the entire Board to assess and review the organization's work.
