Robin Arnett began her career in the building industry in 1995 at the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Orange County, home to HomeAid’s first affiliate. She left the BIA in 1999 and became the Executive Officer of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia, an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She took that experience to NAHB as a Regional Field Representative before starting at HomeAid in 2003.

Robin’s role as the Chief Expansion Officer is to oversee all day-to-day Affiliate Relations Department activities for HomeAid America.  She provides the necessary technical assistance services, tools and resources, which enables and empowers the affiliates to fulfill the HomeAid mission in their local community.  She is responsible for providing general Affiliate support to established HomeAid Affiliates and for providing start-up assistance for new Affiliates, including the development of training and support materials, fund development strategies and conducts on-site training when necessary.

Robin has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University.
