Uniting for Impact: Zonda Partners with HomeAid in Building Better Communities

Zonda is a proud partner of HomeAid America. As the leading provider of data-driven housing market solutions for the homebuilding industry, Zonda believes that better homes mean better lives and stronger communities. Since 2014, Zonda has collaborated with HomeAid to help further the mission of building a future without homelessness.

Over the last ten years Zonda has donated over one million dollars to HomeAid. These funds were raised, in part, via attendees of Zonda’s Frame events — regional housing market updates featuring leading advisors. In addition, Zonda partners with HomeAid to host the annual HomeAid Outlook event, a fundraiser that brings together high-level industry leaders and delivers thoughtful content, often featuring Zonda’s chief economist Ali Wolf, and other trail blazing housing leaders. Save the date - this year’s event will be on Friday, November 8th at the Marriott Renaissance in Newport Beach, Calif. Check out the event website to see last year’s content and speakers and get updates for this year’s event.

In addition to Zonda’s corporate collaboration, Zonda employees have also joined in on the cause, generously donating over 12,000 diapers and wipes to the HomeAid Orange County Diaper Drive.

In the journey toward ending homelessness, partnerships like the one between Zonda and HomeAid play a crucial role. By leveraging our respective strengths and resources, we can make a real and lasting impact on the lives of those in need. As we work together to build better homes and stronger communities, we are not just constructing buildings—we are building hope, resilience, and a brighter future for all.
